The space
Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with private entrance and private terrace located in a resort style setting. The apartment has recently been built and furnished with quality materials.
APARTMENT: The apartment features 1 master bedroom with a queen size bed, a spacious living room with a queen sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment offers air conditioning, heating, flat screen tv, hair dryer, iron, iron board, oven, kitchen ware, toaster, washing machine, high chair, and crib upon request (free of charge). The apartment also features a large terrace with a covered pergola, a private front courtyard, and a private parking spot. Additional parking is available right outside the entry....
Guest access
The apartment is located inside "Mareluna Villaggio", the resort features a large swimming pool with 2 areas for adults and children, a very spacious solarium, a sports center, a delicious restaurant/pizzeria, a small supermarket, and an inflatable play area for kids. The resort offers all day entertainment for both adults and children during the summer season. Some activities during the day include fun tournaments, zumba, group dancing, aerobics and water games. At night, you can enjoy shows, party games, theme nights, dance evenings, and musicals. For children there is a mini club in the mornings and afternoons while in the evening they can enjoy some dancing for kids. This resort is the perfect place a vacation with your family while enjoying the beautiful island of Sicily.

RESORT FEES to access the swimming pool and commom areas, are NOT included in the rental price and also not mandatory:

The swimming pools are open from June to 15th of September

June - 25€ per guest per stay (valid up to 1 week)

Neighborhood overview
Mareluna Village is located on the North coast of Sicily right between the exquisite town of Cefalu’ and the gorgeous city of Palermo.
Cefalu’ is just a 30 min drive while Palermo is about 1 hr away. We recommend visiting both cities to get a true feel of Sicily and its culture.
Getting around
Even though the apartment is just a 10 min walk from the beautiful, blue Sicilian beach of Campofelice di Roccella right between the spectacular town of Cefalu’ and Palermo, we stronglly recommend our guests to come by car.
The closest beach is located less than 4 min by car.
For those who buy the access to the resort, they offer also a transfer to the beach for 0,50€ a person each way.
